How do I care for my candle?

When lighting your candle for the first time, burn for at least 2 hours to allow the top of the wax to melt completely. This will prevent tunneling in the future!

Always trim your wick to 3mm - 5mm (1/8 to 1/4 inches) before each use. You can use a wick trimmer, but if you don't have one you should be able to snap off the top of the burned wick with your fingers.

Do not burn your candle for more then 4 hours at a time.

What do I do if my wood wick flame keeps going out?

If your wood wick isn't staying lit, your wick it likely too long or too short. Try to keep your wick trimmed between 3mm and 5mm.

Why is my flame dwindling?

No two pieces of wood are the same, some wood wicks can take a few tries to really get started. Give your candle at least 4 or 5 tries.

I can't find my order/tracking confirmation emails.

Once your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number after your order has been shipped. If you haven't received either of these emails, please check your spam folder. If you still can't find it, email us through the contact us section.

Do you offer returns/exchanges?

Due to the nature of our products, used candles cannot be exchanged or refunded. Please note we also do not offer refunds on change of mind purchases. However, we'll be more than happy to replace or refund products damaged during transit. If your candle was damaged during shipment, please contact us with proof of damage within 48 hours of receiving the order.
